Don brings over 25 years of experience bridging business vision with technology solutions. Drawing on experience from Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, State Street Financial and Merkle, as well as three separate startup ventures, Don leads the MTS solutioning function.

Two brothers, David and Lance Williams, built Merkle into a multi-billion dollar agency. Lance was the brains behind the technology business. Lance draws upon his vast experience building enterprise solutions as well as client relationships to lead MTS's technology and business strategy.
